Indigenous-A BEST OF CINCINNATI!

It will hit the stands on Tuesday, November 20th- the Best of Cincinnati issue of Cincinnati Magazine. Indigenous, A Handcrafted Gallery, is dubbed "Best Crafty Gifts" in this year's issue. Ok, we don't love the word "crafty," but quite an amazing accomplishment for Diane and Co. for only being open a year. Check out their extensive inventory of arty items including my multiple dog portraits. There are 5" singles this year, as well as 8" and 12" multiples. (I received a mention in the "Best of" article for these dog lover's treats, and I have even reluctantly painted a couple of cats!)

Great news! My latest piece, "Dinner for One" has been accepted for a nationally juried show at the Xavier University art gallery. The artists' reception is Friday, December 7th from 6-8 in the Xavier University art gallery. It was a tough jury, 88 pieces selected from 485 entries. I am really pleased to be represented in this show. The grand prize winner will win a solo show for the 2008 Xavier schedule. That will be announced at the reception.
